Project description

The integrated information system "Smart Aqtau" allows residents and guests of the city to use services in various spheres of life. The mobile application contains all the services a person needs every day. The application is free, which will allow the User to download and access the application at least 10-15 times a day.

City services for the population:

• Healthcare (clinics, pharmacies, hospitals);
• Education (kindergartens, schools, universities, centers);
• Employment (vacancies, employment services);
• Housing and public utility services (bills for housing and communal services and calling at home public utility services specialists);
• Land auctions.

In addition, a dialogue with the population is provided, namely Public control (problems and proposals), a survey of the population on urban solutions. That is, individuals and legal entities will be able to send their applications to local executive bodies and participate in a population survey.
