An information platform that allows apartment residents to communicate with managing companies as part of their daily life. The system brings together all the necessary services for home management in one place. Residents use a mobile application that allows them to receive notifications, view financial reports, leave applications and evaluate the work of the managing company, thereby influencing the quality of services provided. The managing company uses a CRM system that allows to effectively manage all business processes.

Results(Impacts)
- The use of the ECAO system will simplify the process of processing received applications and thereby save financial costs by reducing the number of specialists working at the front office (dispatchers), and also simplify the control of their reception and execution by responsible specialists;
- Saving time for processing an application when receiving through the ECAO system is on average 2.5 minutes for each application, which is up to 1.5 hours of savings daily compared to receiving them by phone. This, in turn, will allow not only to reduce financial costs, but also to attract human resources to other types of work, if necessary;
- The collection of all applications in the system allows you to make a qualitative analysis of the work for a certain period, which can ultimately be used for predictive analysis in the coming period and plan your work;
- Feedback from residents on the quality of work, as well as the ability to assess the work of responsible specialists will help the managing company to successfully manage its human resources and form a positive opinion among residents;
- Surveys of residents of the house on current issues allows you to quickly take measures aimed at reducing negative attitudes, as well as to concentrate the solution to pressing problems of the residential complex;
