Within the framework of the Project, it is proposed to introduce and maintain a hardware-software complex, as well as information subsystems, for the implementation of a full-fledged set of works on the creation and operation of a hardware-software complex for video surveillance, video analytics and photo-video fixation in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The hardware and software complex (smart cameras) "Sergek" will cover all intersections of the city, 1228 cameras, these are: 74 intersections and 85 linear sections of city highways
