Purpose: Providing persons with disabilities with rehabilitation means includes the provision of prosthetic and orthopedic, deaf-technical, typhlotechnical and hygienic means, as well as wheelchairs. Special social services include the services of individual assistants, sign language specialists and spa treatment.
Objectives: As a result of the portal implementation, the terms of business processes for the provision of technical and technical services and the provision of special social services will be reduced from 8 months to 1–2 weeks through a proactive format for their appointment. In accordance with the wishes of citizens with disabilities, a mechanism is provided for reimbursing the established cost of technical equipment and rehabilitation services. This means that the portal will be able to make additional payments when choosing more expensive goods and services.
