Results(Impacts)

The dispatch service of the regional ambulance station is equipped with an automated control system "Komek". The automated control system "Komek", which allows to conduct satellite monitoring of the motor transport of the medical organization, and the system for fixing the record of receiving a call, the ACS "Komek" is integrated with the GPS-navigation of the ambulance vehicle, which allows to automatically select the route to the patient's address, thereby minimizing the travel time. Also, the automated control system "Komek" is integrated with polyclinics and multidisciplinary hospitals of the Zhambyl region. At the acute care station, a Call-center with 12 "103" inputs was organized. All calls "103" of the Zhambyl region are centralized on the basis of the regional ambulance station.
