On November 18, 2021, Chairman of the Regional Election Commission Baimurzaev G.K. and Secretary of the regional election Commission Syrlybayeva A.M. took part in the training seminar "International Standards for Election Observation" organized by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the OSCE Program Office in Nur-Sultan in online mode.

During the seminar, the reports of the ODIHR Senior Adviser were heard/OSCE Election Committee Alexey Gromov and former Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova Iurie Ciocan, as well as speeches by international observers of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the observation experiments at the elections held in Armenia, the Russian Federation, Georgia, Uzbekistan in 2021.
