Republican competition "The best rural akim"

About the competition
The head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan, noted that the concept of the "Hearing State" should be aimed at prompt and effective response to the appeals of all citizens.
The rural akim directly interacts with the population and an important component of its activities is the ability to build a dialogue, as well as timely decision-making on topical issues.
At the local level, Akim is a kind of conductor of state policy, and according to his actions, the population as a whole forms a vision of the public administration system of an effectively operating political system.
Taking into account the relevance of the formation of the "Hearing State" and in accordance with paragraph 74 of the action plan for the implementation of the "Ruhani zhangyru" program for 2020, approved by the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.E. Kusherbayev, the Republican competition "The best rural akim" is being held.
