In total, 151 candidates for rural akims were nominated during the election period, 131 candidates were registered.
As of 6 pm on July 22, registration of 9 candidates has been canceled in the region.
Including, according to the statements of candidates - 5, due to the discrepancy on the declarations - 2, 2 candidates did not pass the special check.

Qualitative composition of registered candidates:
55 candidates are civil servants. 24 candidates are re-running for akims in a particular rural district.
5 - representatives of commercial structures, 35 - employees of budgetary organizations, 3 - temporarily not working.
Political parties nominated candidates: 22 - acting akims, 18 - civil servants, 6 - employees of budgetary organizations, 1 - temporarily not working.
Out of 122 candidates, 8 (6.6%) are women (of which 1 - from the NurOtan party, 1 - from the Ak Zhol KDP, 1 - from the ADAL PP),
15 candidates have an additional specialty. None of the candidates has an academic degree and is not a Bolashak graduate.
By specialties: 27 (22%) - teachers, 24 (19.7%) - economists, 22 (18%) - lawyers, 14 (11.5%) - engineers, 8 (6.6%) - agricultural workers, 2 (1.6%) - political scientists, 1 (0.8%) - doctor, 24 (19.7%) - other specialties.

57 (46.7%) candidates live in the rural district in which they run, 64 (52.5%) - in the district, 1 (0.8%) - in the region.

2. Ballot papers were made with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters in the constituency and delivered to the polling stations. The premises in which the ballots are located were sealed and handed over under the protection of the internal affairs bodies.
3. In all 54 polling stations, polling stations are equipped in accordance with the Instruction approved by the resolution of the Central Election Commission.
At all polling stations there are information posters about candidates, stands with the necessary information about the composition of commissions, the phones of the higher commission, prosecutor's office and the court, the Rules of Conduct in the voting room, approved by the resolutions of precinct election commissions.
The necessary conditions have been created for citizens with special needs when voting. At 54 polling stations, corners for BWO have been organized and cabins for BWO have been equipped. Braille stencils for the visually impaired and corresponding audio clips were produced. All areas have magnifiers.
4. There are 357 members of election commissions.
After the publication of the composition of the commissions in the media, 5 PEC members, 2 TEC members suspended their duties for the period of the election campaign in accordance with the requirements of the Constitutional Law.
In this regard, 4 members were appointed by the decisions of the higher commissions. Information on the decisions taken is posted on the TEC website.
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, election commissions are provided with the necessary number of disposable protective masks, gloves, shields, gowns and antiseptic agents.
