In order to clarify the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the decree No. 487-февраля on February 15, 2017, 9 regional informative groups (129 people) were created, which consist of the heads of state bodies, deputies of the maslikhat, scientists, non-governmental organizations, ethnocultural associations, the media and intellectuals . And also, in the city and districts (7 districts, the cities of Kyzylorda and Baikonur) 44 informative and outreach groups were formed, consisting of 259 members.
In order to promote and clarify in the region the next Address of the Head of State, 8275 various events were held, which covered 99,140 residents of the region.
In order to clarify the Message of President K. Tokayev "Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan", a media plan was developed in the region.
During the reporting period, in the framework of the approved media plan and in order to sanctify the work of the information and explanatory group for the region, 2591 materials were published in the regional media. Of these, there are 755 articles in print media, 430 stories on the air channel, and 1406 materials on Internet resources.
At the same time, to clarify the Message, a briefing schedule was created on the site of the “Regional Communication Service”. During this period, 40 briefings were held.
Also, in order to strengthen the informational support of the priority areas, the Messages of the media were transferred for use in their work lists of speakers. To date, about 200 opinions of speakers have been published.
