According to the results of 6 months of 2021, only 24,927 applications from individuals and legal entities were received by the local executive bodies of Kyzylorda region, which increased by 21% compared to last year (2020 - 19,627 applications).
The analysis shows that at present the most frequently raised urgent problems among the population of the region are decreasing.

According to the statistical report for the first half of 2021, local executive bodies received 24,927 applications, of which 52 or 0.2% were redirected to higher bodies, 6002 or 24% to lower bodies, 530 or 2% to other bodies according to their competence, considered 17621 or 70% of requests, 722 or 3% of requests are considered.
Of the 17621 appeals considered, 4544 or 25% were satisfied partially or completely, 12897 or 73% were clarified in accordance with the requirements of the law, 180 or 1% of the appeals were terminated.
Of these, applications - 23553 (2020 - 18750), complaints - 284 (2020 - 95), other appeals (requests, proposals and appeals) - 1090 (2020 - 782).
Including, the number of applications received for execution by the regional akimat from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-101 and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan-14.
During the reporting period, as the analysis of appeals to the regional akimat from residents of the region showed, the largest number of appeals was received from the Aral district - 62, Kazaly district - 46 and Shieli district -41. In addition, out of all received applications, 1508 accounted for Kyzylorda city.

On working with electronic appeals
During the reporting period of 2021, the regional akimat received 434 electronic applications, which is 67% more than in the reporting period last year. Including:

Due to the increase in the number of electronic requests, an increase in literacy and accessibility of working with the Internet resources of the local population is visible.
The questions raised in most of the questions relate to the issues of obtaining apartments, employment, utilities, transport, construction, education, social assistance and health care.
Of all 431 requests received, 423 responses were posted on the portal on time, 8 questions are under consideration.

In accordance with the quarterly report of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kyzylorda region for the first quarter of 2021, 14 appeals in the region were executed later than the deadline, according to the results of the second quarter, there were no appeals to local executive bodies executed later than the deadline.
