The second wave of privatization

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 1141 “On some issues of privatization” in the region, 20 objects are included in the list of privatization objects, of which 12 objects were privatized in the amount of KZT 381.1 million, 6 objects were liquidated, 1 object by resolution The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is excluded from the Comprehensive Privatization Plan.
The remaining 1 object of Altyn Kamba Trade and Logistics Complex LLP (40% of the participation interest in Baikonyr SEC JSC) was put up for auction 6 times in 2019, but due to the lack of applications the object was not privatized.
Beginning in 2014, electronic bidding for the sale of property of regional communal property is carried out using a single operator of the registry web portal (www.gosreestr.kz) of the state property of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In this regard, the privatization of regional communal property takes place according to the above method.
As of October 1, 2019,KZT 33.3 million were received for the privatization of communal property objects (301102).
