Information on the work of the Akim's Administration of Kyzylorda region on the consideration of applications of individuals and legal entities for the I-quarter of 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, the region akim's administration received only 817 applications from citizens. If in 2021 this figure was 837, then, compared to the same period, the number of requests decreased by
2.4%. The number of repeated calls is 17.
All received appeals are considered by the regional administration, control over their passage is established.
From the higher authorities for the specified period, 57 applications were commissioned for consideration, including from:
- Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 59 applications;
- Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 10 applications;
- Ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 33 applications;
- Deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan received - 5 applications.
All of the above appeals were put under control, the answers to which were sent within the time frame established by law.
In the applications received, questions were raised regarding the following areas: housing allocation - 106, assistance in employment and social issues - 137, housing and communal services and consumer services for the population - 54, land issues - 61, public administration - 6 health care - 43, culture - 38, preservation of law and order - 3, entrepreneurship - 32, education - 30, agriculture - 23, etc.
Reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by the region akim, deputies and the head of the region akim apparatus is carried out in accordance with the approved schedule. The admission schedule is published in the media.
At a personal reception for the specified period, the region akim Abdykalykova G.N. and his deputies received 87 citizens. At the reception, citizens mainly apply for the allocation of housing, social security, culture, health care, business, and public utilities.
Akim's blog for the specified period received 52 questions, then in comparison
over the same period, the number of requests increased by (36 questions) 14 percent. Most of the appeals concern the issues of utilities, education, housing, labor and employment of the population, healthcare, social sphere and others.
The social base of the applicants is made up of low-income citizens - the unemployed, pensioners, the disabled.
At the request of legal entities
In the first quarter of 2021, the akim's administration of Kyzylorda region received only 247 (2016 - 187, decreased by 2.4%) applications of legal entities.
The main issues raised in the addresses: on the development of agriculture - 8, culture - 6, health - 5, entrepreneurship - 18, general financial issues - 3, on land use - 7, housing and communal services - 15 and on other issues.
From the higher authorities, from the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, -5 appeals were sent for consideration.
All the applications received by the applicants were answered and explained in writing within the time frame established by law.
