The Akimat of Kyzylorda region to finance the project from the republican budget on a parity basis 50/50, on February 25, 2019 sent a budget application by letter No. 04 / 1-6 / 1158 to the Committee for Roads of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of the access road to Kyzyltam settlement of Karmakshy district” when forming the draft republican budget for 2020-2022. The cost of reconstruction is KZT 383 253 thousand .

Implementation of the project is provided for in the Comprehensive Plan for the Social and Economic Development of Kyzylorda region for 2019-2022, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated June 6 2019 with the aim of bringing the increase in the road network in good and satisfactory condition up to 72% in 2022.

Carrying out average repair of a section of the road on the «Samara-Shymkent-Shieli-Zhemiszhidek» highway connecting Bestam and Algabas settlement (Shieli district)

Implementation of the project is provided for in the Comprehensive Plan for the Social and Economic Development of Kyzylorda region for 2019-2022, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated June 6 2019 with the aim of bringing the increase in the road network in good and satisfactory condition up to 72% in 2022.

Taking appropriate measures to build a bridge for pedestrians across the railway in Belkul settlement  (Kyzylorda)

The Akimat of Kyzylorda region to finance a project from the republican budget within the framework of the State Program for the Development of Regions until 2020 submitted a budget application to the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the project “Construction of a pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks in Belkul settlement in Kyzylorda city” during the formation of the draft republican budget for 2020-2022 years.

The project cost is KZT 238 068 thousand.

In 2019, KZT 389,319 thousand  were allocated from the republican budget for the implementation of the project "Construction of the supply gas pipeline and intra-quarter gas distribution networks of Zhaksykylysh settlement of  Aral district"

To date, a public procurement procedure is underway to determine a contractor for construction and installation works.

The implementation of the project is provided for in the Comprehensive Plan for the Social and Economic Development of Kyzylorda Region for 2019-2022, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated June 6 2019.

5.

Gasification of Zhalagash settlement (Zhalagash district)

On performance.

When updating the republican budget for 2019-2021 in April of the current year for the implementation of the project “Construction of a 1.2 MPa high pressure gas pipeline-branch from AGRS-Terenuzyak to GGRP-Zhalagash and intra-quarter gas supply networks of Zhalagash settlement”, KZT 1,369,070 were allocated from the republican budget thousand . To date, a public procurement procedure is underway to determine a contractor for construction and installation works.

The project cost is KZT 3,592,209 thousand. Including: republican budget- KZT 3232988 thousand, regional budget-KZT 359221 thousand.

The implementation of the project is provided for in the Comprehensive Plan for the Social and Economic Development of Kyzylorda Region for 2019-2022, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated June 6 2019.

In order to implement the project from the republican budget, when forming the draft republican budget for 2020-2022, the akimat of Kyzylorda region submitted a budget application to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of KZT 288.9 million.

The implementation of the project is provided for in the Comprehensive Plan for the Social and Economic Development of the Kyzylorda Region for 2019-2022, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated June 6 2019.

Carrying out water supply networks to Akbasty settlement(Aral district)

On performance.

At the expense of the regional budget, design estimates have been developed for the project “Connecting Akbasty settlement of Aral district to the Aral-Syrdarya group water supply and building a water supply line for Akbasty settlement of Aral district” and on November 29, 2018, a state examination report for No. 14-0197 was received /eighteen. The total project cost is KZT 3.0 billion.

To date, in order to further implement the project through the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, work is underway to transfer the developed documentation to the republican property.

Summing up water supply networks to residential buildings of Zhankozha Batyr settlement (Kazaly district)

On performance.

The cost of the project "Construction of a water supply line to residential buildings in Zhankozh Batyr settlement of Kazaly district" is KZT 114.5 million. According to the criteria of the State Program for the Development of Regions until 2020, projects worth from KZT 200.0 million are allowed to finance from the republican budget.

Based on this, the financing of the project will be considered when updating the regional budget for 2019-2021.

In 2019, KZT 610,645 thousand has been provided for the implementation of the project "Reconstruction of the 220/35/10 kV Zhosaly substation in Zhosaly settlement of  Karmakshy district" from the republican budget.
