Measures taken for internal control over the quality of public services

According to the plans of measures for internal control over the quality of the provision of public services for 2020, 147 objects were inspected in the region, including:
- local executive bodies - 97;
- subordinate organizations - 50, while the number of detected violations was 93.
According to the proposals made in the acts of the control measures carried out, 5 employees of state bodies were brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of "Remarks".
In addition, at the end of 2020, 61 violations of the terms for the provision of public services were revealed (of which 3 violations of the terms were discovered during the course of work on internal state control).
The number of outreach activities carried out in the reporting period was 252.
Coverage of the population with explanatory measures to improve the quality of public services - 1,921 people.
The number of persons who have completed advanced training courses in the provision of public services - 127.
