Key Performance Indicators for the 9 Months of 2026
During the first nine months of 2026, performance indicators across key operational areas were achieved as follows:
- 7,104 document storage units were accepted for state custody;
- 31,852 storage units underwent verification of presence and physical condition;
- to improve the physical condition of documents, 81,479 sheets from 3,304 storage units were restored;
- 780 sheets with fading text were restored;
- 11,967 files were rebound;
- dust removal was performed on 100,889 storage units (comprising 13,321 bundles);
- 8,095 storage units were assigned reference codes, and labels were updated for 5,624 bundles.
To clarify the legal and methodological aspects of archival work and documentation systems, the archive hosted 96 seminars.
Thirty articles based on archival documents were published in regional and local media outlets.
Twenty-four exhibitions were organized to commemorate significant events and dates in the region's history.
Work on digitizing archival documents continues under the "Unified Electronic Document Archive" program. During the reporting period, 987,990 sheets from 12,489 storage units across 42 fonds were converted to digital format.
Key performance indicators for the first half of 2026
The following key performance indicators were achieved for the first half of 2026:
- 6,166 document storage units were accepted for state storage;
- 21,772 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
- 58,436 sheets of 2,335 storage units were restored to improve the physical condition of documents;
- 496 sheets of fading text were restored;
- 7,586 file covers were rebound;
- 68,070 storage units of 8,624 bundles were dust-removed;
- 4,972 storage units were encrypted, and 3,717 bundle labels were updated.
Seventy-four seminars were held at the archive to explain the legal, scientific, and methodological aspects of archival management and the documentation system. Twenty-six articles from archival documents were published in regional and district media.
Twenty-three exhibitions dedicated to significant events and dates in the region's history have been prepared.
As part of the Unified Electronic Document Archive program, work continues to digitize archival documents. During the reporting period, 681,236 sheets from 8,317 storage units in 32 collections were digitized.
Key performance indicators for the 9 months of 2025
For the nine months of 2025, the following key activity indicators and results were achieved:
- 7,238 documents were accepted for state storage;
- 21,556 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
93,580 sheets out of 4,822 storage units were restored to improve the physical condition of documents;
- 822 sheets of fading text were restored;
- 12,712 file covers were rebound;
- 214,657 storage units out of 17,750 bundles were dust-free;
- 9,704 storage units were encrypted, and 5,963 bundle labels were updated.
Seventy-four seminars were held at the archive to explain the legal, scientific, and methodological aspects of archival management and the documentation system.
Forty-three articles on various topics were published in regional and district media.
Twenty-three exhibitions dedicated to significant events and dates in the region's history were prepared. Additionally, 15 television programs were broadcast on a local television channel.
As part of the "Unified Electronic Document Archive" program, work continues to digitize archival documents. During the reporting period, 753,034 sheets from 10,554 storage units in 42 collections were digitized.
Key performance indicators for the 6 months of 2025 for archives and documentation
The following key performance indicators were achieved for the first half of 2025:
- 5,127 documents were accepted for state storage;
- 6,354 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
72,443 sheets out of 3,350 storage units were restored to improve the physical condition of documents;
- 484 sheets of fading texts were restored;
- 8,821 case covers were rebound;
- 110,062 storage units out of 8,041 bundles were de-dusted;
- 5967 storage units were encrypted, 3036 bundle labels were updated.
62 seminars were held in the archive to explain the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archival affairs and the documentation system.
23 articles on various topics were published in regional and district mass media.

As part of the Unified Electronic Document Archive program, work continues on converting archival documents into digital format. During the reporting period, 562822 sheets from 7726 storage units of 28 funds were converted into digital format.
Key performance indicators in 2024
In 2024, the key performance indicators and results were achieved as follows:
- 10,560 documents were accepted for state storage;
- 48,208 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
- 121,004 sheets from 4,376 storage units were restored to improve the physical condition of documents;
- 1,207 sheets of fading texts were restored;
- 21,056 case covers were rebound;
- 166,427 storage units from 20,846 bundles were de-dusted; work was carried out on coding 13,467 storage units, and 9,271 bundle labels were updated.
- 104 seminars were held in the archive to explain the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archival affairs and the documentation system.
- 44 articles on various topics were published in regional and district mass media. 28 exhibitions dedicated to significant events and dates in the history of the region were prepared. At the same time, 15 television programs were shown on a local television channel. As part of the Unified Electronic Archive of Documents program, work continues on converting archival documents into digital format. During the reporting period, 1,410,707 sheets from 15,180 storage units of 31 funds were converted into digital format.

- verification of availability and condition covered 36699 units of storage;
- 86327 pages from 3061 units of storage were restored to improve the physical condition of the documents.
- 943 fading texts were recovered;
-17596 covers of documents have been re-bounded;
-Dusting work of 126562 units of storage of 18429 ligaments was done;
- 9646 units of storage of code have been encrypted. 5611 link labels have been updated.

- verification of availability and condition covered 18965 units of storage; 59159 pages from 2249 units of storage were restored to improve the physical condition of the documents.
- 639 fading texts were recovered;
-9370 covers of documents have been re-bounded;
-Dusting work of 8820 units of storage of 78641 ligaments was done;
- 6545 units of storage of code have been encrypted. 3759 link labels have been updated.
56 seminars were held in the archives to explain the legal and scientific aspects of the archival process and the documentation system.

Indicators of the main directions and performance for the first quarter of the year are as follows:
- 1707 documents were accepted for state storage;
- verification of availability and condition covered 9005 units of storage;28770 pages from 1112 units of storage were restored to improve the physical condition of the documents.
- 270 fading texts were recovered;
- 4844 covers of documents have been re-bounded;
- Dusting work of 38178 units of storage of 5689 ligaments was done;
- 2625 units of storage of code have been encrypted. 2061 link labels have been updated.
Thirty-six seminars were held in the archives to explain the legal and scientific aspects of the archival process and the documentation system.

Key performance indicators of 2023
In 2023 indicators of the main directions and results of activities were done as the following ways:
- 11 710 documents were accepted to the state storage;
- checking the availability and condition enrolled in 22 629 storage unit;
- 127 222 pages of 11 057 pieces of paper were restored to improve the physical condition of documents;
- 1096 papers of fading texts were restored;
- 17 311 case covers re-intertwined;
- dusting of 173 760 units of 19 398 connectives;
- encryption work was carried out on 12 712 units. Labels of connectives 7 200 have been updated.
In order to explain of legal and scientific-methodical aspects of archiving and system of documentation, 97 seminars were conducted in archive.
Fifty-six articles on various topics have been published in regional and district media.
37 exhibitions dedicated to significant events and dates of the history of the region were prepared. Along with this, 15 TV programs on the local TV channel were shown.

The main indicators of the work performed for 1st half of 2023
For the 2nd quarter of 2023, the indicators of the main areas and results of operations were performed as follows:
- 7687 documents accepted for state storage;
- 10846 units were covered by the check of availability and condition;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 56479 sheets from 2135 items were restored;
- restored 626 sheets of fading texts;
- covers of 8587 cases were rebound;
- work was carried out to remove dust from 75255 units. out of 8620 bundles;
- work was done on encryption of 6337 units, labels of bundles 3728 were updated.
In order to clarify the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archiving and the documentation system, 38 seminars were held in the archive.
47 articles on various topics have been published in regional and district mass media.
18 exhibitions dedicated to significant events and dates in the history of the region have been prepared. At the same time, the 9th TV show was shown to the local TV channel.

The main indicators of the work performed for the 12 months of 2021
For 12 months of 2021, the indicators of the main directions of the results of activity were fulfilled:
- 15,863 documents were accepted for state storage;
- 777505 units of xp are covered by the availability and condition check.;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 121136 sheets of 5043 units of xp were restored.;
- 1013 sheets of fading texts have been restored;
- re-bound covers of 16631 cases;
- work was carried out on dedusting 224973 units of xp. out of 23355 bundles, work was carried out on encrypting 12643 units of xp., the labels of 5851 bundles were updated.
In order to clarify the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archival business and the documentation system, 78 seminars were held in the archive.

Within the framework of the "Unified Electronic Archive of Documents" program, work continues on the translation of archival documents into digital format. During the reporting period, 863594 sheets from 10106 storage units of 52 funds were transferred to digital format.
Key indicators of work performed for 9 months of 2021
For 9 months of 2021, indicators of the main areas of performance were achieved:
- 7621 documents were accepted for state storage;
- check of availability and condition covered 41 231 units;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 91 401 sheets out of 3873 items were restored;
- restored 772 sheets of fading texts;
- the covers of 12,985 cases were re-bound;
- work on dedusting of 153,236 units of storage was carried out. out of 17,288 bundles, work was done to encrypt 9,701 units of storage, the shortcuts of bundles 4447 were updated.
In order to clarify the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archiving and the documentation system, 61 seminars were held in the archive.

For the first quarter of 2021, indicators of the main areas of performance were achieved:- 3439 documents accepted for state storage;
- 14806 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 31,206 sheets out of 1,385 items were restored;
- restored 228 sheets of fading texts;
- covers of 4685 cases were re-bound;
- work on dedusting 38986 storage units was carried out. of 4930 bundles,
work on encryption of 3041 storage units was carried out, links of 1634 bundles were updated.
In order to clarify the legal and scientific-methodological aspects of archiving and the documentation system, 27 seminars were held in the archive.

- 62896 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 172,471 sheets of 6,802 items were restored;
- restored 2993 sheets of fading texts;
- the covers of 19689 cases were re-bound;
- work was carried out to dedust 248433 storage units. of 24904 bundles,
- work on encryption of 15054 storage units was carried out, links of 7968 bundles were updated.

- 46587 storage units were checked for availability and condition;
to improve the physical condition of the documents, 136184 sheets out of 5494 items were restored;
- 2223 sheets of fading texts were restored;
- the covers of 14,500 cases were re-bound;
- work was carried out to dedust 157676 storage units. of 16795 bundles,
- work on encryption of 11573 storage units was carried out, labels of bundles of 5633 were updated.

For the ІІ quarter of 2020, indicators of results achieved in the main areas of activity:
- 7971 documents accepted for state storage;
- checking the availability and condition covered 31816 storage units; to improve the physical condition of the documents, 82,574 sheets out of 3458 storage units were restored;
- 1451 sheets of fading texts were restored;
- covers of 9824 cases were re-bound;
- work on dedusting 103 879 units of storage was carried out. of 11674 bundles,
work on encryption of 7805 units of storage was carried out, labels of bundles 2646 were updated.

For 2019, the indicators of the main areas of the results of operations were completed:
- 17434 documents accepted for state storage;
- verification of availability and condition covered 36551 units;
in order to improve the physical condition of the documents, 189316 sheets of 7316 units were restored;
- 3228 sheets of fading texts were restored;
- the covers of 19452 cases were re-bound;
- dust removal work was carried out 207657 units of 20718 ligaments,
encryption of 17263 items was carried out, shortcuts of bundles 9528 were updated.
In order to clarify the legal and scientific and methodological aspects of archiving and the documentation system, 63 seminars were held in the archive.
