Investment Projects
To ensure a steady influx of investment into the region, a roadmap for agro-industrial investment projects covering the period 2026–2028 has been approved.
The roadmap includes 17 investment projects with a total value of 172.5 billion tenge. Implementation of these projects is expected to create 594 new jobs.
Plans for 2026 include the implementation of 8 investment projects totaling 29.6 billion tenge. To date, three projects have already been commissioned.
Work continues on implementing the remaining investment projects and ensuring full achievement of the established investment targets for the year.

Investment Projects
To ensure stable investment in the region, a Roadmap for Investment Projects in the Regional Agro-Industrial Complex for 2026–2028 has been developed.
The Roadmap includes 17 investment projects with a total value of 168.6 billion tenge. These projects will create 522 new jobs.
In 2026, eight investment projects with a total value of 26.8 billion tenge are planned for implementation. Two projects have been completed to date: the construction of a poultry farm by the Abdullah farm and a project by Tan LTD LLC to grow corn using drip irrigation technology.

Investment Projects
To ensure sustainable investment in the agro-industrial complex, a Roadmap for investment projects planned for implementation in 2025–2027 has been developed and coordinated with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Roadmap for the region includes 37 investment projects with a total value of 62.8 billion tenge. The implementation of these projects will create 329 new jobs.
In 2025, 16 investment projects with a total value of 11.6 billion tenge were commissioned.

Investment projects
To ensure stable investment, a roadmap for investment projects in the agro-industrial complex, to be implemented in 2025–2027, has been developed and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The regional roadmap includes 37 investment projects worth 60.2 billion tenge. These projects will create 329 new jobs.
In 2024, 11 investment projects worth 6.8 billion tenge were launched, providing 77 people with permanent employment.
In 2025, 16 investment projects worth 8.8 billion tenge are planned to be implemented and create 125 new jobs. Currently, eight projects worth 3.4 billion tenge have been launched.

Investment projects
In order to ensure stable attraction of investments, a roadmap of investment projects in the agro-industrial complex, implemented in 2025-2027, has been developed and agreed with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The roadmap includes 30 investment projects worth 57.1 billion tenge in the region. The implementation of these projects will create 295 new jobs.
In 2024, 11 investment projects worth 6.8 billion tenge were put into operation, providing permanent employment for 77 people.
In 2025, it is planned to implement 14 investment projects for a total of 13.4 billion tenge with the creation of 105 new jobs. To date, 3 projects have been launched, within the framework of which 23 new jobs have been created.

Investment projects
In order to ensure sustainable attraction of investments, a roadmap of investment projects in the agro-industrial complex, implemented in 2025-2027, has been developed. The roadmap contains 30 investment projects in the region worth KZT 57.1 billion. The implementation of these projects will create 295 new jobs. In 2025, it is planned to implement 14 investment projects for a total of KZT 13.5 billion, creating 105 new jobs. Currently, 2 projects have been launched, 15 new jobs have been created.

The roadmap contains 31 investment projects in the region worth KZT 51.9 billion. The implementation of these projects will create 292 new jobs.
In 2024, 11 investment projects worth KZT 6.8 billion were implemented.

The roadmap contains 34 investment projects in the region worth KZT 64 billion. The implementation of these projects will create 372 new jobs.
This year, it is planned to implement 11 investment projects worth KZT 6.8 billion.
Currently, 8 projects worth KZT 5.4 billion have been launched, 37 people have been provided with permanent jobs.
Investment projects
A roadmap of investment projects in the agricultural sector has been created to sustainably attract investments in 2024-2026.
The road map contains 30 investment projects in the region worth KZT 51.3 billion. The implementation of these projects will create 275 new jobs.
This year it is planned to implement 13 investment projects worth KZT 5.5 billion.
Currently, 2 projects have been launched, 9 people are provided with permanent jobs.
Investment projects
27 investment projects costing KZT 49.5 billion are part of the roadmap for investment projects in the agro-industrial complex that will be implemented in 2023-2026.
As a result of the implementation of projects, 270 new jobs will be created.
In the current year, it is planned to implement 10 investment projects in the total amount of KZT 3.2 billion.
To date, 10 projects have been implemented for a total amount of KZT 3.2 billion.
Investment projects
26 investment projects costing KZT 43.3 billion are part of the roadmap for investment projects in the agro-industrial complex that will be implemented in 2023-2026.
As a result of the implementation of projects, 618 new jobs will be created.
In the current year, it is planned to implement 11 investment projects in the total amount of KZT 7.9 billion.
To date, 9 projects have been implemented for a total amount of KZT 6.7 billion, provided with permanent employment 107 people.
INVESTMENT PROJECTS
The roadmap of investment projects in the agricultural sector implemented in 2023-2026 contains 26 investment projects amounting to KZT 48.3 billion .
As a result of the implementation of these projects, 618 new jobs will be created.
This year it is planned to implement 11 investment projects totaling KZT 7.9 billion .
To date, 4 projects have been implemented for a total amount of KZT 1.2 billion , providing permanent jobs to 30 people.
Namely:
1) Construction of the rice plant "Uglesbyt" LLP, project cost is KZT 90.0 million;
2) Project of the farm "Qaratau Fruits" for planting an intensive apple orchard on 35 hectares, project cost is KZT 1.0 billion;
3) Project for the construction of a plant for the production of fishmeal by IE "Igilikov", the cost of the project is KZT 100.0 million .
4) Creation of livestock breeding farm "Zhannur", project cost is KZT 81.0 million.
Investment projects
In the agro-industrial complex in 2021, 66 investment projects are being implemented for a total amount of KZT 54.5 billion.
Aral district
The project for the production of dry powder from camel milk with a capacity of 130 tons per year by “Qazaq camel” LLP, the cost of the project is KZT 1533.5 million;
The project for the construction of a fish processing plant with a capacity of 4,000 tons per year, "Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD" LLP, the cost of the project is KZT 160.0 million;
"Aral service and procurement center" project's cost is KZT 450.0 million;
The project for the opening of a feedlot for meat production for 80 heads of cattle, farm "Zhangylysh" project's cost is KZT 80.0 million.
Fish farming and poultry farming project of "Global Eco Inbest" LLP, project's cost is KZT 80.0 million;
The project for the purchase of 40 heads of sheep, individual entrepreneur "Tileulesov A", the project's cost is KZT 2.0 million;
The project for the purchase of 40 heads of sheep, individual entrepreneur "Adilov A", the cost of the project is KZT 2.0 million;
The project for the purchase of 50 heads of camels, "Koktem KH", the cost of the project is KZT 20.0 million;
Kazaly district
The project for the opening of a feedlot for 100 heads of cattle, FE "Asankhan Elzhas" projec's cost is KZT 30.0 million;
The project for the purchase and reproduction of 100 heads of cattle for meat production from abroad, farm "Daniyar", the cost of the project is KZT 60.0 million;
Project for the purchase of a sprinkler irrigation device for maize JSC "RZA" worth KZT 175.3 million;
The project for the cultivation of sturgeon fish in the aquaculture system, farm "Oyaz Bagy" project's cost is KZT 257.6 million;
Project for the purchase of cattle for beef cattle for 14 heads, farm "Zhusup Serik" project's cost is KZT 30.0 million;
Project for the purchase of 37 head horses, farm "Aktleuov E", the project cost is KZT 15.1 million;
Project for the purchase of 17 head horses, farm "Karzhauov F", the project cost is KZT 7.1 million;
Project for the purchase of 25 horses, farm "Daulet", the project cost is KZT 10.0 million;
Project for the purchase of 325 heads of sheep, farm "Bayan", the project cost is KZT 13.0 million;
Project for the purchase and reproduction of 110 heads of cattle from abroad, farm "Daniyar", the project cost is KZT 60.0 million;

Project for the acquisition of 50 head of cattle from abroad, IE "Zhumagaliev A", the project cost is KZT 25.0 million;
Project for the purchase of cattle breeding stock for 65 heads, IE "Nabiev Bekir", the project cost is KZT 50.0 million;

The project of an intensive apple orchard with an area of 6 hectares, FE "Boltaev", the project cost is KZT 11.0 million;

Project of the workshop for the production of rice with a capacity of 630 tons per year, f"Chagan" farm, the project cost is KZT 150.0 million;
Project to create a loudspeaker for 132 heads, "Maksat" farm, the project cost is KZT 66.0 million;
Project for the creation of a reproducer for 100 heads, "SeItbek" farm, the project cost is KZT 80.0 million;
Project for the construction of a flour mill, "Akkum Zher" LLP, the project cost is KZT 80.0 million;
Construction of a plant for the production of pasteurized dairy products LLP "Akzharma 2" with a capacity of 500 l / day, a greenhouse and a garden warehouse, the project cost is KZT 80.0 million;

Project to create a meat farm with the purchase of 100 heads of pedigree cattle, "Marzhan" farm, the project cost is KZT 50.0 million;
Project for the construction of a feedlot for "Bekarys Agrofood" LLP for 1000 heads, the project cost is KZT 111.7 million;
Tomato processing with a capacity of 15 thousand tons per year, "AGPOPlus" LLP, the project cost is KZT 111.7 million;

Project of slaughterhouse and feedlot for cattle for 1000 heads, IE "KZO ET" the project cost is KZT 200.0 million;
Project for the construction of a wholesale distribution center and a vegetable storehouse, "Zhan Arai" LLP, the project cost is KZT 1 200.0 million;

Planned indicators for the development of the agriculture industry of Kyzylorda region for 2021
- Increase in the index of the physical volume of gross agricultural production (services) by 103.0%.
- Increase in labor productivity in agriculture by 117.5%.
-Increase in the volume of exports of processed agricultural products by 112.0%.
- Increase in the volume of investments in fixed assets in agriculture by 112%.
Challenges ahead for 2021
- Opening seed farms engaged in the production and sale of elite seeds of rice, winter-spring wheat, and alfalfa of the first reproduction;
- organization of placement of agricultural crops on 188.2 thousand hectares in accordance with the layout of agricultural crops;
- Carrying out work related to the sowing and harvesting operations in agrotechnical terms;
- to develop recommendations for scientifically grounded optimal timing of sowing, irrigation and harvesting of agricultural crops and compliance with the crop rotation system of farms;
- Carrying out explanatory work among agricultural producers on the purchase of agricultural machinery on a lease together with the Kyzylorda branch of JSC KazAgroFinance;
- organization of works to combat rice locust and coastal fly;
- launch of the 2nd stage of expansion of the dairy farm of JSC "Rza";
- ensuring the registration of breeding animals and registration in the state register of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- continue to work on lending to members of the cooperative in order to activate the work of agricultural cooperatives;
- to analyze and identify sales markets for products with a high export potential of the region in order to increase the export of agricultural products;
- to organize the digitalization of at least 15 farms in the field of agriculture using the elements of "precision farming" in order to digitize the agro-industrial complex;
- work on the creation (digitalization) of modular farms related to the scientific development of beef cattle breeding;
- to promote the implementation of 37 investment projects worth KZT 32.7 billion (meat processing plant, poultry farm, feedlots, etc.);
- an increase in the number of social stores to 36 stores.
