Analytical report on the consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities for the nine months of 2025

According to the results of the nine months of 2025, local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region received a total of 40,847 appeals from individuals and legal entities, which decreased by 5% compared to last year (2024 - 38,691 appeals).
Of these:
40,55 appeals were received by the office of the regional akim (for the nine months of 2024 - 3,203);
14,623 - to regional departments (for the nine months of 2024 - 9,780);
22,159 - to the akimats of districts and the city of Kyzylorda (for the nine months of 2024 -23,509).
We provide an analysis of the most frequently raised topical issues among the population of the region:

Of the total number of 40847 requests:
-10256 or 25% were forwarded to other competent authorities;
-12557 or 31% were fully satisfied;
-1316 or 5% were suspended;
-15434 or 37% - were given relevant explanations in accordance with the current legislation;
-1284 or 3% of requests are being implemented.

On the reception of individuals and legal entities with personal issues

In the nine months of 2025, 328 citizens and representatives of legal entities attended a personal reception, including:
- 170 citizens at a personal reception with the akim of the region,
- 158 citizens at a personal reception with the deputy akims of the region and the head of the apparatus, where, in accordance with the current legislation, relevant instructions and explanations were given.
Questions raised by citizens who attended a personal reception:

In addition, the office of the akim of the region conducted an analysis of the reception of akims of the city of Kyzylorda and districts, heads of district and regional departments.
The first heads of akimats of the city and districts were accepted – 1572 citizens, heads of regional administrations – 493.
