Analytical report on the consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities for the first quarter of 2025

According to the results of the first quarter of 2025, local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region received a total of 11,951 appeals from individuals and legal entities, which decreased by 5% compared to last year
(2024 - 12,543 appeals).
Of these:
1,175 appeals were received by the office of the regional akim (for the first quarter of 2024 - 1,023);
3,635 - to regional departments (for the first quarter of 2024 - 3,497);
7,141 - to the akimats of districts and the city of Kyzylorda (for the first quarter of 2024 - 8,023).
We provide an analysis of the most frequently raised topical issues among the population of the region:

Of the total number of 11951 requests:
-3353 or 28% were forwarded to other competent authorities;
-3022 or 26% were fully satisfied;
-608 or 5% were suspended;
-4236 or 35% - were given relevant explanations in accordance with the current legislation;
- 732 or 6% of requests are being implemented.

On the reception of individuals and legal entities with personal issues

In the first quarter of 2025, 241 citizens and representatives of legal entities attended a personal reception, including:
- 142 citizens at a personal reception with the akim of the region,
- 99 citizens at a personal reception with the deputy akims of the region and the head of the apparatus, where, in accordance with the current legislation, relevant instructions and explanations were given.
Questions raised by citizens who attended a personal reception:

In addition, the office of the akim of the region conducted an analysis of the reception of akims of the city of Kyzylorda and districts, heads of district and regional departments.

The first heads of akimats of the city and districts were accepted – 542 citizens, heads of regional administrations – 155.
