Public Service Report 2024

In 2024, local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region provided 5,563,096 services across 179 types of services. Of these:
- through the State Corporation - 42,300 services;
- electronically through the "Electronic Government" web portal and departmental information systems of the local executive bodies, 5,487,872 services were provided; - through government agencies in paper form - 32,924 (of which 2,082 services were provided on a non-alternative basis).
Internal control measures taken.
According to the plans of internal control measures for the quality of public services in the region for 2024, 179 facilities were inspected, including:
- local executive bodies - 110;
- subordinate organizations - 69, while the number of violations identified was 455. According to the proposals made in the reports of the control measures carried out, 18 employees of state bodies were brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a "Remark". In addition, according to the results of 2024, 69 violations of the terms of provision of public services were identified (of which 26 violations of the terms were discovered during the internal state control over the quality of provision of public services). The number of explanatory events held in the reporting period was 578. The number of persons who completed advanced training courses on the provision of public services is 320.
