Progress Report 2024

In order to implement a unified approach to public procurement and reduce corruption risks, the regional akimat issued resolution No. 687 on December 15, 2022. Since then, all procurement tenders have been conducted by the regional Public Procurement Department (referred to as the Department). In 2024, the Department announced a total of 5,603 tenders worth KZT 400.4 billion. This included 3,252 open tenders, 25 auctions, 1,124 rating-point systems, and 1,202 preliminary selections. Of the total, there were 1,860 goods (KZT 31 billion), 1,349 works (KZT 339.8 billion), and 2,394 services (KZT 29.6 billion). To prevent violations, the Department has organized 19 online conferences, 53 seminars and meetings, 22 lectures, 8 round tables, 1 briefing, and 37 legal training sessions for specialists of all regional customers since the beginning of the year.
