Public services report for the first half of 2024

For the first half of 2024, the local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region provided a total of 3 055 600 services, including 177 types of services. Of them:
- through the “State Corporation” – 24 369 services;
-“The Electronic Government” web portal and departmental information systems of local executive bodies provided 3 021 103 services electronically;
- through government agencies in paper form – 10 128 (of which 1 175 services were provided on a non-alternative basis).
Internal control measures taken.
According to the action plans for internal control over the quality of public services for the first half of 2024 in the region, 94 objects were audited, including:
- local executive bodies – 63;
- subordinate organizations - 31, while the number of violations identified was 248.
According to the proposals made in the reports of the control activities, 16 employees of state bodies were brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a "Remark".
In addition, 13 violations of the terms of provision of state services were identified.
The number of explanatory events held in the reporting period was 353.
The number of persons who completed advanced training courses on the provision of state services is 185.
