Analytical information on consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities for second quarter of 2024

Local executive bodies in the Kyzylorda regions received 25224 appeals from physical and legal entities by the end of the second quarter of 2024, a 3% drop over the same period the previous year (2023 – 11775 appeals).
Of these:
2037 appeals received to the office of the regional akim (for the second quarter of 2023 – 2223)
7003 to the regional departments (for the second quarter of 2023 – 4970);
16184 to the districts and Kyzylorda city’s akimat (for the second quarter of 2023 – 17273).

We provide an analysis of the most frequently raised topical issues among the population of the region:

Of the total number of 25224 appeals:
-6925 or 27,5% were redirected to other bodies within their competence;
-6460 or 25,6% were completely satisfied;
-896 or 3,6 % suspended;
- for 5001 or 19,8% appropriate explanations were given in accordance with current legislation;
- 5942 or 23,5% of requests are being processed.

On the reception of individuals and legal entities with personal questions

For the second quarter of 2024, a personal reception was held for 102 citizens and representatives of legal entities, of these:
- 68 on the personal reception of akim of the region;
- 34 attended the personal reception of regional akim deputies and the head of the office, where relevant instructions and clarifications were given in accordance with current legislation.

In addition, the regional akim’s office analyzed the progress of the reception of akims of the city of Kyzylorda and districts, heads of district and regional departments.

The first heads of city and district akimats were accepted - 870 citizens, heads of regional departments - 334.
