2. Kazaly district – directed to approval to the Department of Justice;

3. Karmakshy district – project was published in “Open NPA”;

4.Zhalagash district - sent to the examination to the Public Council and Anti-Corruption Expertise;

5. Syrdarya district – project is aligned with akimat of Department of Justice, directed to the maslikhat apparatus for the last registration direction;

6.  Kyzylorda city – posted in a portal “Open NPA”, expert advice is being sought;

7. Shieli district - placed on the portal «Open NPA», work is underway to obtain expert opinions;

8. Zhanakorgan district - placed on the portal «Open NPA», work on obtaining expert opinions is underway.

 Changes introduced by a higher act (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2024 No. 228 “On amendments to certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan”) will come into force on April 8, 2024.
