On Consideration of References of Individuals and Legal Entities for 6 months of 2020

For 6 months of 2020, the regional akim's administration received 1,557 citizens' appeals, compared to last year, the number of appeals decreased by 23% (2019 - 2031). including:
- from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 90;
- from the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 21;
- through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 13;
- through the PEP (e-Government portal) - 163;
- through the regional akim's blog - 94;
- through the "online reception" of the akim - 109.
During the reporting period, the akim and deputy akims of Kyzylorda region received 298 citizens at a personal reception, which is 33% less (2019 - 447) compared to the same period last year.
Of these, akim of the region - 133, deputy akim of the region - 165.
