Report on Public Services for 2023

In 2023, the local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region provided a total of 5,151,927 services, including 181 types of services (8 of which were transferred to the State Corporation "Government for Citizens"). Of them:
- through the “State Corporation” – 41,951 services;
- “The Electronic Government” web portal and departmental information systems of local executive bodies provided 5,060,569 services electronically;
- through government agencies in paper form – 49,407 (of which 1,537 services were provided on a non-alternative basis).
Internal control measures taken.
According to the action plans for internal control over the quality of public services for 2023 in the region, 168 objects were audited, including:
- local executive bodies – 97;
- subordinate organizations - 71, while the number of violations identified was 502.
According to the proposals made in the reports of the control activities carried out, 13 employees of state bodies were brought to disciplinary liability in the form of a “Remark” and 5 employees in the form of a “Reprimand”.
In addition, by the end of 2023, 51 violations of terms for providing public services were identified, with 15 of these violations discovered during internal state quality control of public services. The number of explanatory events carried out in the reporting period was 629.
Coverage of the population with explanatory events to improve the quality of public services - 3,662 people.
The number of persons who have completed advanced training courses on the provision of public services is 65.
