At a meeting of the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission, held on June 26, 2020, the issue of the destruction of subscription lists for collecting signatures of electors in support of registered candidates for the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered.
According to clause 6 of the "Rules for the storage of electoral documents" approved by the decree of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2014 No. 11/236, signature lists for collecting signatures of electors in support of a candidate for the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan are kept as confidential information for ten working days. days after the registration of a candidate for deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and then destroyed.
