Analytical report on the consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities for 9 months of 2023
Based on the results for 9 months of 2023, local executive bodies of Kyzylorda region received only 38,691 applications from individuals and legal entities, which decreased by 1.1% compared to last year (2022 – 40,613 applications).
Of them:
3355 requests were received by the regional akim’s office (2022 for 9 months – 3725);
8164 - to regional departments (2022 for 9 months -7779);
27172 - to akimats of districts and Kyzylorda city (2022 for 9 months - 29109).

Of the 38,691 complaints received by local executive bodies in 9 months of 2023:
- 42.9% (16592) - redirected to other bodies within their competence;
- 25.3% (9782) - completely satisfied;
- 1.9% (753) - suspended;
- 27.1% (10482) - appropriate explanations were given in accordance with current legislation;
- 2.7% (1082) - are under execution.
On the reception of individuals and legal entities with personal questions
Over the 9 months of 2023, 436 citizens and representatives of legal entities attended a personal reception, of which: 285 at a personal reception with the region akim, 151 at a personal reception with the deputy akim of the region, in accordance with the current legislation, appropriate instructions and explanations were given.

In addition, the regional akim’s office analyzed the progress of the reception of akims of Kyzylorda city and districts, heads of district and regional departments.
During the reporting period, akimats of districts and Kyzylorda city accepted 1,515 representatives of individuals and legal entities. Of these, 956 were at a reception with the first leaders, 559 at a reception with the heads of regional departments.
