Information for the II quarter of 2023 on public services provided by local executive bodies

For the 2nd quarter of 2023, local executive bodies of  Kyzylorda region provided 1,220,708 services for 180 types of services (with subtypes 301). Of them:
- through the State Corporation - 10,832 services;
- 1,207,178 services were rendered in electronic form through the e-Government web portal and departmental information systems of local executive bodies;
- through government agencies in paper form - 2,698 (of which 318 services were provided on a non-alternative basis).

According to the action plans for internal control over the quality of public services for 2023, during the reporting period, 53 objects were inspected in the region, including:
- local executive bodies - 26;
- subordinate organizations - 27, while the number of detected violations was 88.
According to the proposals made in the acts of the control measures taken, 3 employees of state bodies were brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a “Remark” and the third in the form of a “Reprimand”.
In addition, at the end of 2023, 4 violations of the terms for the provision of public services were identified.
The number of explanatory events held in the reporting period amounted to -89.
Coverage of the population with explanatory measures to improve the quality of public services - 217 people.
The number of persons who completed advanced training courses on the provision of public services - 25.
