Analytical report on the consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities for the II quarter of 2023

According to the results for the 2nd quarter of 2023, the local executive bodies of the Kyzylorda region received a total of 24466 appeals from individuals and legal entities, which decreased by 2.5% compared to the previous year (2022 - 26947 appeals).

Of them:

2223 appeals - received by the office of the region akim (for the II quarter of 2022 - 2449);

4970 to regional departments (for the II quarter of 2022 -4485);

17273 to the akimats of districts and Kyzylorda city (for the 2nd quarter of 2022 - 20013).

We provide an analysis of the most frequently raised topical issues among the population of the region:

According to the statistical report for the 2nd quarter of 2023, local executive bodies received 24466 appeals:
- 8775 or 27.9% - redirected to other bodies of competence;
-5774 or 16.2% - completely satisfied;
-544 or 1.4% - suspended;
- for 8436 or 28.3% - appropriate explanations were given in accordance with the current legislation;
- 937 or 26.1% of appeals are being executed.

On the reception of individuals and legal entities with personal questions

For the 2nd quarter of 2023, 323 citizens and representatives of legal entities visited a personal appointment, of which: 237 were at a personal appointment with the akim of the region, 86 were at a personal appointment with the deputies of the akim of the region, in accordance with the current legislation, relevant instructions and explanations were given.

In addition, the administration of the region akim conducted an analysis of the course of admission of akims of Kyzylorda city and districts, heads of district and regional departments.

During the reporting period, akimats of districts and Kyzylorda city received 749 representatives of individuals and legal entities. 452 of the were at the reception of the first leaders, 297 at the reception of the heads of regional departments.
