On the execution of the budget of Kyzylorda region as of July 1, 2023

The budget of Kyzylorda region as of July 1, 2023 was executed by revenues by 102.9% of the forecast for the current period (with a plan of 311,515.3 million tenge, 320,408.5 million tenge was received in budget revenue), incl. own revenues of the budget were executed by 121.3% (with the plan of KZT 40818.5 million, KZT 49505.5 million were received), KZT 8893.2 million were transferred.
Transfers from the republican budget received in the amount of KZT 264190.0 million (100%), including subventions - KZT 237411.4 million (100%), targeted current transfers - KZT 358.6 million (100%), targeted transfers for development - KZT 26420.0 million (100%).
The budget of Kyzylorda region as of July 1, 2023 was executed in terms of expenditure by 99.8% of the forecast for the current period (with a plan of KZT 276306.4 million, the execution amounted to KZT 275876.3 million). KZT 430.1 million were underutilized, of which: for the districts and Kyzylorda city, the planned expenses were executed for:
Aral district - by 100% (underutilized KZT 0.8 million),
Kazaly - by 100% (underutilized KZT 0.7 million),
Karmakshy - by 98.2% (underutilized KZT 87.3 million),
Zhalagash - by 100% (underutilized KZT 0.5 million),
Syrdarya - 100%,
Shieli - by 99.8% (underutilized KZT 11.2 million),
Zhanakorgan - by 100% (underutilized KZT 1.9 million),
in Kyzylorda city- by 99.2% (underutilized KZT 256.2 million).
According to the administrators of the regional budget programs, the budget execution was 100%, KZT 71.4 million was underutilized.
The funds of the republican budget were disbursed in the amount of KZT 26511.2 million against the plan of KZT 26778.3 million or 99%, 267.1 million tenge were underutilized, of which KZT 81.7 million for targeted current transfers, and KZT 185.4 million for targeted transfers for development.
Funds of the reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan were disbursed in the amount of KZT 307.8 million or 100%.
The funds of the local budget were used by 99.9%, the amount of underutilization amounted to KZT 163.0 million.
