On the appointment of a member of Kazaly district election commission instead of a retired one

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the letter of the Kazaly District Election Commission No. 199/469 dated July 3, 2023, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:

1. Prior to election, in the manner prescribed by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Tulegenov Yerzhan Bokhanbayevich is appointed a member of the Kazalinsky District Electoral Commission instead of the retired one.

2. Send this resolution to the territorial election commission of the Kazalinsky district and post it on the website of the Kyzylorda regional election commission.
