On the release from duties of a member of the Kazaly district election commission

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the statement of Alpysbayev D.T. dated July 1, 2023, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:

1. To release Alpysbayev Darkhan Tulegenovich from duties of a member of the Kazalinsky district election commission.

2. Send this resolution to the Kazalinsky district maslikhat, the Kazalinsky district election commission and place it on the website of the Kyzylorda regional election commission.
