Agriculture and Land Relations Department of the Kyzylorda Region (hereinafter - Department) implements the main goals of subsoil use (for production; on combined exploration and production; and (or) operation of underground structures not related to exploration and (or) production, for construction (reconstruction ) main pipelines, oil and gas processing facilities, facilities for the use of renewable energy sources, industrial and innovative projects of subjects of industrial and innovative activities, investment priority projects in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Preparation of proposals and draft decisions for providing land plots for creating and expanding locally significant protected natural areas, as well as for compulsory land acquisition for state purposes during mineral deposit exploration and development, main pipeline construction or reconstruction, and expanding locally significant protected natural areas, is a key management activity.
