1) participates in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activities in the relevant territory;
2) develops a draft resolution of the regional akimat on approval of a regional entrepreneurship support card with the participation of regional chambers of entrepreneurs;
3) the right to provide methodological, consulting, practical and other assistance to the elements of the industrial and innovative infrastructure, to the subjects of the industrial and innovative system that provide state support for industrial and innovative activities;
4) makes proposals to the central authorized body for state planning to determine priority sectors of the economy;
5) collects, analyzes and provides the authorized body in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activities with information on local content in the procurement of organizations according to the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the form and within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) provides information to the authorized body in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activity on the implementation of state support measures for industrial and innovative activity;
7) the right to create and (or) participate in the authorized capital of legal entities whose main activity is aimed at the development of innovations;
8) the provision of the right to use subsoil for operations on the extraction of common mineral resources and mining;
9) monitoring compliance by subsoil users with the terms of licenses for the extraction of common minerals, prospecting and state control over conducting operations for the extraction of common minerals, prospecting;
10) control over observance by the subsoil users of the conditions of prospecting provided for by the license for prospecting and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2017 “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use”;
