According to the results of the 4th quarter of 2019, the department received 29 applications from individuals and legal entities.
Out of 29 applications, 12 were submitted by individuals, 17 by legal entities, and the akimat of the region

Out of 12 appeals received from individuals, 9 of them received written responses in accordance with the law , and 4 appeals were sent to the competent authority for consideration.

17 appeals received from legal entities were answered in accordance with the law.

The number of applications received on the web portal is 2. these applications were considered by the department, and applicants were answered in accordance with the law.
In total , out of 29 applications received, 23 (79 %) addressed the issues of passenger transportation and transport – 5 (17.6%), others - 1 (3.4%).
In the department, all appeals were taken under control, responses were given within the time limits provided for by law, and appropriate work was carried out
