Information on public services rendered by the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region for 2020
The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region provides 4 types of public services:
1) state service "Issuance of certificates for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels" in accordance with the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2020 No. 302;
2) On approval of Rules of rendering of the state service "issue of a licence to engage in activities for the irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in long-distance interregional, Interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and international messages, as well as regular transportation of passengers by buses, mini-buses in international traffic" in accordance with the order of the Minister of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of may 28, 2020 No. 318;
3) in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 6, 2019 No. 371 "On Approval of the Rules for placing outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right-of-Way of public roads of International, republican, regional and district significance" state service "coordination of placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right-of-way of public roads of regional and district significance". Type of public service provided - "e-government" www.egov.kz through the web portal portal.
4) in accordance with the order of the acting Minister of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan from August 25, 2015 No. 883 "About approval of Rules of subsidies at the expense of budget funds cost carriers related to the implementation of socially significant passenger transportations" state service "subsidizing of losses of carriers related to the implementation of passenger traffic on socially significant messages in Interdistrict (long-distance intraregional), the intra-urban (rural) and suburban message".
In 2020, the Department provided 37 state services" issuance of certificates for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels". This type of public service is provided through the NAO "State Corporation" Government for Citizens".
Through the e-government portal, 10 state services were provided" Issuing a license to engage in activities for the irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in intercity inter-regional, inter-district (intercity intra-regional) and international traffic, as well as regular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in international traffic". Due to the incomplete package of documents specified in Appendix 7 to the rules, 6 requests of service recipients were rejected, 4 requests were satisfied.
And for the state service "coordination of placement of objects of outdoor (visual) advertising in the lane of allotment of public roads of regional and district significance" was not received.
30 state services were provided through the office of the local executive body to "subsidize the losses of carriers associated with the implementation of road passenger transportation on socially significant messages in inter-district (intercity intra-regional), intra-district, urban (rural) and suburban communications".
In order to ensure that service recipients are aware of the availability of public service regulations, the department has installed a stand on the topic of public services and there have been no complaints from individuals and legal entities on public services.
