On the work done in 2020 to combat corruption
The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region in the 3rd quarter of 2020 carried out the following work to combat corruption.
In order to implement the anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and action Plan for combating shadow economy for 2018-2020 by the head of management approved the action plan for 2020, work is conducted in accordance with the plan.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Plan of measures to reduce the level of "household" corruption" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption by Shpekbaev A., November 18, 2015 tested 16 employees for 10 issues of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption", in which it was found that 75 percent of the above mentioned test fully commissioned.

In order to prevent corruption and various offenses in the administration, each employee from the date of admission to the civil service was explained the rights and basic duties, restrictions related to staying in the civil service, the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants. In order to ensure that employees do not communicate with strangers during work, the order of visits by visitors to the office was established, and security measures were strengthened.
In addition, the heads of structural divisions of the Department were additionally warned that for the commission of a corruption offense by subordinate employees, direct responsibility is asked.
In addition, in accordance with article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015" On Combating Corruption for employees of the state institution "Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region", an anti-corruption standard was approved.
In order to prevent, suppress and prevent corruption offenses, the department conducts monthly methodological classes among employees, including: the order of presentation of the annual Declaration of assets and income; the implementation of the Ethical code of the civil servant; the clarification of the law "On public procurement"; the observation of laws of RK "On combating corruption" and "on state service of RK".; training seminars were held on strengthening state discipline, strengthening control over the implementation of contracts for the repair and maintenance of roads of regional significance, preventing corruption offenses in the acceptance and payment of work performed.

In addition, monthly meeting is held with representatives from the contractor, conducting construction works, which specify the compliance of work performed approved design and estimate documentation, certificates of completion and compliance of works to current legislation, building regulations.
In accordance with the action plan for the third quarter on general order compliance, prevention of offenses and corruption in the management, in order to improve the image of the management and the formation of business ethics, a meeting among girls (women's council) was held during the stay of the management staff in order to ensure a diplomatic official presence.
In addition, in order to prevent corruption offenses, the department conducts legal comprehensive training in the fight against corruption. In this regard, employees of the district Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and highways conducted legal training on compliance with ethical standards and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of combating corruption.
There were no disciplinary sanctions imposed on the department in relation to corruption. In conclusion, the fight against corruption on the part of the department is always under control, and the activities will continue.
