The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region constantly conducts explanatory work on the formation and strengthening of a positive image of the public service. As well as monthly hardware training is conducted and once a year the regional center for retraining and advanced training of civil servants and public sector employees in the Kyzylorda region organizes legal training for employees of the department. Seminars with participation of representatives of Agency of RK on public service Affairs on Kyzylorda oblast on observance of norms of the honor code, the law on combating corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For the purpose of propaganda, the stand "On the Code of Honor of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan"is placed in a public place.
For the second quarter of 2020, there were no complaints or complaints about compliance with the requirements of the honor code by civil servants of the department.
