Information on public services rendered by the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region for 9 months of 2020
The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region provides 4 types of public services:
1)in accordance with the order of the Minister of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan from April 30, 2015 №556 "On approval of standards of state services in the field of inland waterway transport" (order of the Minister for investment and development of Kazakhstan from December 14, 2018 № 878 "On amendments to some orders of the Ministry of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan") of the state service "issue of certificates for operators of self-propelled small vessels» ;
2)in accordance with the order of the Minister of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 5, 2019 № 826 "On amendments and additions to the decree of the Minister of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan from April 30, 2015 № 557 "On approval of standards of state services in the sphere of automobile transport"" irregular transportations of passengers by buses, minibuses in long-distance interregional, Interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and international messages, as well as transportation of passengers by bus, state service " Issuing a license for the right to engage in activities for regular transportation by minibuses";
3)in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 25, 2019 No. 547 "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 2015 No. 529 "On approval of standards of public services in the field of highways "public service" approval of placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right-of-way of public roads of regional and district significance «;
4) in accordance with the order of the acting Minister of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan from August 25, 2015 No. 883 "About approval of Rules of subsidies at the expense of budget funds cost carriers related to the implementation of socially significant passenger transportations" state service "subsidizing of losses of carriers related to the implementation of passenger traffic on socially significant messages in Interdistrict (long-distance intraregional), the intra-urban (rural) and suburban message".
For 9 months of 2020, the Department provided 32 state services" Issuance of certificates for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels". This type of public service is provided through the NAO "State Corporation" Government for Citizens".
Through the e-government portal, 7 state services were provided" Issuing a license to engage in activities for the irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in intercity inter-regional, inter-district (intercity intra-regional) and international traffic, as well as regular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in international traffic". Due to the incomplete package of documents specified in paragraph 9 of the Standard, 4 requests of service recipients were rejected, 3 requests were satisfied.
And for the state service "coordination of placement of objects of outdoor (visual) advertising in the lane of allotment of public roads of regional and district significance" was not received.
12 state services were provided through the office of the local executive body to" subsidize the losses of carriers associated with the implementation of road passenger transportation on socially significant messages in inter-district (intercity intra-regional), intra-district, urban (rural) and suburban communications".
In order to ensure that service recipients are aware of the availability of public service regulations, the department has installed a stand on the topic of public services and there have been no complaints from individuals and legal entities on public services.
