Analytical report on the work done to review the appeals of individuals and legal entities in the III quarter of 2020
In total, according to the results of the third quarter of 2020, the department received 98 appeals. Compared to the same period last year, 33.8% higher (in the III quarter of 2019 reviewed 149 cases).
Of the 98 cases was 24 appeals of individuals and 74 legal entities.
On requests from individuals:
Of the 24 appeals of individuals, 24 were given explanations to the applicants in accordance with the law.
On requests from legal entities
Of the 74 requests received from legal entities, 66 applicants were given explanations in accordance with the law, 1 request was granted, 1 request was left without consideration in accordance with the applicant's request, 6 requests were sent for consideration to the competent authority.
Of all 74 appeals, 74 were received from legal entities.
In total, out of 98 applications received on the issue of passenger transportation and transport – 78 (79.59%) on the issue of repair and construction of highways - 20 (20.41%).
All requests were taken under control by the department and the corresponding work was carried out with responses within the time limits provided for by law.
