On the work done to combat corruption for the 2nd quarter of 2020
The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region for the 2nd quarter of 2020 carried out the following work on combating corruption.
In order to implement the action Plan for 2018-2020 for the implementation of anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and to combat the underground economy by the head of Management approved the action plan for 2020, work is conducted in accordance with the plan.

In order to prevent corruption and various offenses in the management, each employee is explained the rights and basic duties from the date of admission to the civil service, restrictions related to staying in the civil service, the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants. To prevent chaotic communication of staff with outsiders during working hours, the order of entry and exit of visitors to the office has been established, security measures have been strengthened.
In addition, the heads of structural divisions of the department were additionally warned that direct responsibility is requested for the commission of corruption violations by subordinate employees.
In addition, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015" On Combating Corruption ", an anti-corruption standard was approved for employees of the state institution" Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region " and presented to the employees of the department.
In order to improve the image of the department and the formation of business ethics during their stay in the service, the employees of the Department conducted explanatory work, were instructed to provide a diplomatic official appearance.

In order to control the principle of openness and accessibility, information on the ongoing management work is published on the official website of the department and updated monthly.
In addition, monthly meeting is held with the participation of representatives of Contracting organizations, construction work on which they are notified about the compliance of work performed by the approved project documentation, acts on the work performed and compliance of work performed applicable laws, building codes.
There were no disciplinary sanctions on the management in terms of corruption. Thus, the fight against corruption on the part of the department is always under control, and the activities will continue.
