On the work done in the fight against corruption for the first quarter of 2020
The Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region in the first quarter of 2020 carried out the following work on combating corruption.
In order to implement the action Plan for 2018-2020 for the implementation of anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and to combat the underground economy by the head of Management approved the action plan for 2020, work is conducted in accordance with the plan.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the plan "measures to reduce the level of corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by the Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption A. by Shpekbaev, 10 issues of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On combating corruption", adopted November 18, 2015 were tested 16 employees, which was set to 75% of the above tests.
Also, the Department of Highways of the department was transferred to the" OPEN SPACE " format (with glass).
In order to prevent corruption and various offenses in the management, each employee is explained the rights and basic duties from the date of admission to the civil service, restrictions related to staying in the civil service, the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants. To prevent chaotic communication of staff with outsiders during working hours, the order of entry and exit of visitors to the office has been established, security measures have been strengthened.
In addition, the heads of structural divisions of the department were additionally warned that direct responsibility is requested for the commission of corruption violations by subordinate employees.
There were no disciplinary sanctions on the management in terms of corruption. Thus, the fight against corruption on the part of the department is always under control, and the activities will continue.
