In accordance with the Action Plan of the Kyzylorda region for 2018-2020 for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, approved by the resolution of the akimat of Kyzylorda region No. 1171 dated July 17, 2018, appropriate measures are being taken within the competence of the Department.
"Since the beginning of the year, seminars and meetings have been held for employees of the Department on the following topics: the law" "on public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"", compliance with the norms of the Code of ethics, the law" "on legal acts"", the law ""on Combating Corruption"", the law ""on public services "" and others."
The anti-corruption standard was approved by the Department's Order No. 220-P dated November 8, 2018.
In addition, according to the approved schedule, weekly lectures were given to employees of the Department on public procurement, public services provided in the field of Natural Resources and environmental management, as well as questions and answers, discussions and exchanges of views were held.
In order to comply with ethical standards and prevent corruption offenses, preventive interviews were conducted with each employee in a personnel form and with a personal signature.
On January 24 of this year, at an expanded meeting of the board" on the work done in 2019 and tasks for 2020", a memorandum" on mutual cooperation " was signed between the Department and the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption service) in Kyzylorda region.
On January 24, 2020, employees of the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of the Kyzylorda region and subordinate state institutions got acquainted with the work of the pre - trial detention center of the institution ZK - 169/1 of the Regional Department of the Penal correction system as part of preventive measures to prevent corruption offenses.
On February 7, 2020, a seminar was held with the participation of representatives of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption service) in Kyzylorda region and lawyers of the department and subordinate state institutions for the protection of Forestry and Wildlife.
At this seminar, issues of Corruption Prevention were discussed and decisions were made on the implementation of appropriate measures.
According to the project" adaldyk Alany " (hereinafter referred to as the project), corners were opened in state institutions subordinate to the department in order to ensure transparency and promptly resolve issues without eliminating corruption risks.
In addition, on February 14 of this year, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the action plan of the project office "Akmeshit - adaldyk alany" (hereinafter referred to as the project office) for 2020, a public reception was held in the Center "Anticor", covering topical issues of Natural Resources in the field of water resources, forests, household waste, and the use of wildlife.
At the same time, in order to prevent corruption offenses, information on the facts of corruption in the Republic is sent to the department and municipal state institutions for the protection of Forestry and Wildlife subordinate to the Department (Kyzylorda, Aral, Kazaly, Karmakshy, Zhalagash, Syrdarya, Shieli, Zhanakorgan) in order to prevent corruption offenses.
To date, no facts of corruption offenses have been registered by employees of the Department.
Almost all of the above-mentioned works are continued, and measures to prevent corruption in the department and its subordinate state institutions and enterprises are constantly under the strict control of the Department.
