In accordance with the Action Plan of the Kyzylorda region for 2018-2020 for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, approved by the resolution of the akimat of Kyzylorda region No. 1171 dated July 17, 2018, appropriate measures are being taken within the competence of the Department.

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015" on combating corruption "and the" standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks", approved by the order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2017 No. 12, structural divisions of the department are assigned to identify corruption risks in regulatory legal acts and legal acts affecting their activities and identify corruption risks in organizational and managerial activities in the areas of identification, an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out for the period of the first and second half of 2019, and as a result of the analysis, no anti-corruption facts were revealed.
To date, no facts of corruption offenses have been registered by employees of the Department.
