According to the results of 2020, the Department received 101 requests from individuals and legal entities. From them from individuals-39, from legal entities-62.
On requests from individuals
According to the results of 2020, a total of 39 applications were registered. Of these, 18 appeals in accordance with the law were explained to the applicant, 10 appeals were sent to other local executive bodies, 4 appeals were satisfactory, 1-the author's appeal was anonymous and the response was not considered. Also 6-the appeal is under consideration.
All applications for management are taken under control in a timely manner , appropriate work is carried out on them, and responses are sent within the time limits provided for by law.
In most of the appeals, issues related to employment, problems with air pollution in the region, for the development of a peasant economy based on the installation of an irrigation water pump, as well as landscaping in the region were touched upon.
On requests from legal entities
According to the results of 2020, the department received 62 requests from legal entities. Of these, 35 appeals were clarified in accordance with the law, 20 appeals were satisfactory, and 5 appeals were sent to local executive bodies. Also, 2-appeals were terminated in accordance with the request of the author of the appeal.
In most of the appeals, issues were raised on the proposal to green the city, use the land plot as a lease for production, as well as with a request to stretch a canal along the site where melons will be developed, use land plots for peasant farming, produce production from solid waste and secure hunting grounds.

In 2020, the BLOG portal of the regional akim received 6 requests from legal entities. Appeals for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and cooperation of the region with the international center within the framework of the green technologies project, as well as timely payment to the supplier for the provided goods.
By ONLINE portal
With the online reception of the akim of the region, an appeal was sent to build a dam along the river. The department created a working group on the construction of the dam and as soon as possible the answer was posted on the portal of the akim of the region.
