On combating corruption of the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of Kyzylorda region Information about the work done for 9 months
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015" on combating corruption "and the" standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks", approved by the order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2017 No. 12, structural divisions of the department are assigned to identify corruption risks in regulatory legal acts and legal acts affecting their activities and identify corruption risks in organizational and managerial activities for the 9-month period of 2020, an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the identified areas, and as a result of the analysis, no anti-corruption facts were identified.
To date, no facts of corruption offenses have been registered by employees of the Department.
