In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by Resolution No. 983, it provides 4 types of public services in the field of management. In particular,:
1) " issuing a permit for the use of the animal world»;
2) " issuance of a logging and forest ticket»;
3) " issuance of an environmental emission permit for objects of categories II, III and IV»;
4) issuance of an opinion of the state environmental expertise for objects of II, III and IV categories "»;
In total, the department provided 1,083 services for the first half of 2020, including 1,083 through the e - government portal, 0 in paper form, 0 through the state corporation "government for citizens", 0 services were provided (100% through the e - government portal, 0% through the state corporation "government for citizens", 0% in paper form).

State service" issuance of permits for emissions into the environment for objects of categories II, III and IV " for 2020
In the first half of 2020, 389 permits were issued (in the first half of 2020, 389 permits for emissions into the environment were issued and 100% were issued through the electronic portal).

"According to the regulations of the State Services approved by Resolution No. 379, the issuance of the conclusion of the state environmental expertise for objects of II, III and IV categories and issuance of permits for emissions into the environment for objects of ii, iii, iv categories are issued by the Office of the service provider (through the department), the non-profit Joint Stock Company"" State Corporation ""Government for citizens "" and in electronic form."
Materials submitted for obtaining permits for emissions into the environment in accordance with Article 72 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Objects of categories II and III:
1) Apply for a permit;
2) the conclusion of the state environmental expertise of construction projects covered by the approved emission standards or the conclusion of a comprehensive non-departmental expertise;
3) action plan for Environmental Protection.
Category IV objects:
1) Apply for a permit;
2) calculated or instrumentally established and justified standards of emissions into the environment.
Terms of submission, consideration and issuance of permits for emissions into the environment in accordance with Article 74 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
For objects of categories II and III-within no more than ten working days from the date of registration of the application;
For Category IV objects - consideration of the application within no more than five working days from the date of registration.
"According to the state service ""issuance of the conclusion of the state environmental expertise for objects of II, III and IV categories"", 49 conclusions of the state environmental expertise were issued for documents submitted through enterprises, organizations, institutions, small business partnerships and individual entrepreneurs who are economic entities." (For the first half of 2020, 49 conclusions of the state environmental expertise were issued and 100% were provided through the electronic portal).
On approval of the rules for conducting state environmental expertise of the Ministry of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2015
Materials submitted for state environmental expertise in accordance with paragraph 9 of Order No. 100:
1) an application for conducting state environmental expertise in accordance with Annex 1 to the rules;
2) in the presence of pre-design and project documentation of the planned activity affecting the environment, together with EIA materials, the level of development of which corresponds to the design stages, in the following composition::
results of public opinion accounting;
materials confirming the publication of the application in the mass media (hereinafter referred to as mass media) ;
electronic version of the project;
3) in the presence of draft emission standards, including the electronic version of the project.
Terms of state environmental expertise in accordance with Article 50 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Thirty working days for Category II facilities;
For objects of categories III and IV - within fifteen working days.
State service" issuance of permits for the use of the animal world " – 266. (for the first half of 2020 - 266 permits for the use of the animal world were issued and 100% were provided through the electronic portal).
Terms of rendering public services:
from the moment of submission of the package of documents to the service provider – as well as when applying to the Portal-3 (three) business days

Result of rendering a public service:
The service provider verifies the completeness of the submitted documents within two working days from the date of receipt of the service recipient's documents. If the fact of incompleteness of the submitted documents is established, a reasoned refusal to further consider the application within the specified time limits.
List of documents required for the provision of public services:
application form;
a copy of the payment document on payment for the use of the animal world.
an electronic copy of the list of persons participating in the acquisition of objects of the animal world, except for hunting, signed by the service recipient.
Issuance of the result of rendering a public service:
service provider's office;
www.e.gov.kz, www.elicense.kz through the e-government web portal.
State service" issuance of a logging and forest ticket " for the first half of 2020, public services were provided to 378 people (a total of 378 logging and Forest tickets, including 378 in electronic form).
Terms of rendering public services:
from the moment of submission of the package of documents to the service provider-3 (three) business days;
Form of rendering public services:
in paper form.
Result of rendering a public service:
issuance of a paper logging and / or forest ticket (hereinafter referred to as the ticket).
Information about issued permits is entered in the information system "state database" e-licensing".
