Work done to improve the image of the civil service (according to the report for 9 months of 2020)
In order to create and clarify a positive image of the civil service, the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of Kyzylorda region regularly conducts explanatory work. In order to familiarize civil servants of the department with the rules of official ethics of civil servants, approved by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as the Code of ethics of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal training is conducted, and a civil servant must have a high moral responsibility, professional knowledge, the ability to apply it in practice, honesty, a proactive life position, a sense of patriotism, a moral appearance. The main person of society is a person. He held a collective discussion of these problematic issues, noting that he is always responsible for the environmental situation and life safety of the environment.
