Information on the work done by the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of Kyzylorda region to combat corruption in the second quarter of 2020
In accordance with the Action Plan of the Kyzylorda region for 2018-2020 for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, approved by the resolution of the akimat of Kyzylorda region No. 1171 dated July 17, 2018, appropriate measures are being taken within the competence of the Department.
"Since the beginning of the year, regular seminars and meetings have been held for employees of the Department on the following topics: the law" "on public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"", compliance with the norms of the Code of ethics, the law" "on legal acts"", the law ""on Combating Corruption"", the law ""on public services "" and others."
In addition, according to the approved schedule, weekly lectures were given to employees of the Department on public procurement, public services provided in the field of Natural Resources and environmental management, as well as questions and answers, discussions and exchanges of views were held.
In order to comply with ethical standards and prevent corruption offenses, preventive interviews were conducted with each employee in a personnel form and with a personal signature.
According to the project" adaldyk Alany " (hereinafter referred to as the project), in order to ensure transparency and promptly resolve issues without corruption risks, corners were opened in state institutions subordinate to the department, in turn, municipal state institutions for the protection of forests and Wildlife subordinate to the Department (Kyzylorda, Aral, Kazaly, Karmakshy, Zhalagash, Syrdarya, Shieli, Zhanakorgan) were given instructions on the work carried out and the corresponding work is being carried out.
At the same time, in order to prevent corruption offenses, information on the facts of corruption in the Republic is sent to the department and municipal state institutions for the protection of Forestry and Wildlife subordinate to the Department (Kyzylorda, Aral, Kazaly, Karmakshy, Zhalagash, Syrdarya, Shieli, Zhanakorgan) in order to prevent corruption offenses.
A live broadcast was organized at the Anti kor center with the participation of the head of the Department for public discussion of the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks at meetings of the board, advisory and advisory bodies of the subject of internal analysis of corruption risks on combating corruption.
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015" on combating corruption "and the" standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks", approved by the order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2017 No. 12, structural divisions of the department are assigned to identify corruption risks in regulatory legal acts and legal acts affecting their activities and identify corruption risks in organizational and managerial activities for the period of the first half of 2020, an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the identified areas, and as a result of the analysis, no anti-corruption facts were identified.
To date, no facts of corruption offenses have been registered by employees of the Department.
Almost all of the above-mentioned works are continued, and measures to prevent corruption in the department and its subordinate state institutions and enterprises are constantly under the strict control of the Department.
