For 9 months of this year, the following work was carried out in the direction of combating corruption. In particular:
During the reporting period, the Commissioner for Ethics under the akimat of Syrdarya district jointly with the Department of civil service held 5 legal training seminars on compliance with the requirements of the legislation and the code of ethics in the field of civil service, Anti - Corruption, personal advisory assistance was provided to 15 civil servants and 3 citizens. At the same time, the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency for Kyzylorda region held 1 round table and 1 seminar-meeting.
The explanatory work included changes in the field of Public Service, anti-corruption actions and the results of an analysis of the practice of applying the legislation on public service.
In accordance with the plan approved by the District Commission on combating corruption, 1, 2, 3 meetings of the commission were held this year, the work of the heads of responsible institutions on combating corruption was heard, and the members of the commission were given protocol instructions.
The principles of zero tolerance for corruption are constantly being warned to the heads of interested institutions, employees of the district Akim's office, heads of independent departments, akims of settlements and rural districts.
In addition, the obligation to combat corruption is explained by state bodies, organizations, quasi-public sector entities and officials within their competence.
In order to strengthen measures to combat corruption, the akimat of the district regularly provides advisory assistance to local executive bodies under the akimat on compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of Public Service, anti-corruption legislation and the Code of ethics, explanatory work is carried out on a regular basis.
In particular, legal explanatory work is being carried out on the civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on combating corruption, compliance with the Code of ethics of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts.
In addition, the akimat of the district regularly conducts legal training for civil servants in order to clarify the requirements of the legislation on public procurement, Public Service, anti-corruption.
The district newspaper "Zhigit tynysy" published quarterly telephone numbers of local executive and law enforcement agencies "Senim" and reception schedules for individuals and legal entities.
In 2022, within the framework of the state social order, it is planned to hold 14 meetings, 4 actions, 5 public receptions, 1 competition, 10 articles, 100 methodological instructions with the Nurdariya - Syrdariya public Foundation, the winner of the project "formation of prevention of manifestations of corruption in the public consciousness".
During the reporting period, the public fund distributed methodological brochures in the direction of "formation of prevention of manifestations of corruption in the public consciousness". On May 16-18 of this year, within the framework of the memorandum on the activities "formation of prevention of manifestations of corruption in public consciousness", information and propaganda work was carried out in the House of culture of the village of Terenozek and in the buildings of the offices of akims of all rural districts in the direction "formation of prevention of manifestations of corruption in public consciousness" with the participation of the District Public Council, the Department of internal policy, the head of the District Police Department and representatives of non - governmental organizations. On June 13, 2022, an action on the theme "Youth Against Corruption" was held in the buildings of the Syrdarya District Department and the district "Halyk Bank" of the branch of the non-profit Joint Stock Company of the Government State Corporation for citizens in the Kyzylorda region.

Currently, the district akimat has implemented the Project "Open akimat", within the framework of the "Open Space" Project, employees of state institutions provide services to the population in one place.
At the same time, in order to carry out an internal analysis of corruption risks for 2022, responsible officers of state bodies subordinate to the district akimat, quasi-public sector entities conducted an internal analysis, approved analytical reference documents and an action plan to eliminate the causes and conditions contributing to the commission of corruption offenses identified based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks.
According to the plan, in accordance with the Order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption No. 12 dated October 19, 2016, internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of state institutions, quasi-public sector entities under the district akimat is carried out on a regular basis.
In accordance with the action plan for the implementation of the concept of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, appropriate measures are being taken.
On August 04 of this year, a meeting was held with the leadership of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region through the Zoom platform on the topic: "on compliance with anti-corruption legislation, types of responsibility for corruption and problems of corruption risks arising in the regions".
In addition, on August 24 of this year, the district Akim's office held a seminar-meeting on the topic "the role of compliance service on anti-corruption issues" with the participation of employees responsible for compliance activities of quasi-state institutions of the district akimat, where the tasks assigned to anti-corruption compliance services and the work done, including internal analysis of corruption risks, were discussed and specific instructions were given, which will be carried out in accordance with the plan in the future.
In addition, on September 02, 2022, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on Combating Corruption", in order to prevent corruption offenses on the territory of the district, legal training was held under the akimat of the district (akimat of the settlement and Rural District, independent departments) and relevant instructions were given.
On September 29 of this year, a regular meeting of the interdepartmental Commission on anti-corruption issues was held under the chairmanship of the head of the district, as a result of which the first heads of local executive bodies and state bodies were assigned specific instructions to prevent and prevent corruption, the implementation of which was strictly controlled.
Thanks to the above-mentioned measures, there were no manifestations of corruption in the district over the past period.
